Elizabeth Gunn is an Assistant Attorney General serving as the bankruptcy specialist for the Department of Child Support Enforcement. Before joining the AG’s office in 2015, her practice focused on bankruptcy, creditors’ rights and insolvency law. She was named to ABI’s inaugural “40 under 40” Class in 2017 recognizing 40 of the top insolvency industry professionals under the age of 40.
Gunn is a cum laude graduate of Willamette University (Salem, Ore.) and Boston College Law School, where she served as the Solicitations and Symposium editor for the Boston College International & Comparative Law Review. She is AV-rated by Martindale-Hubbell and has been recognized by Virginia Business as a “Super Lawyer” for the years 201215 and in the Virginia Legal Elite for 201415.
